How to use this cockpit
- Source of truth for who-owns-what. Don't keep separate punch-lists; edit here.
- Live. Every change saves to your browser instantly. Click 💾 Save snapshot to lock a versioned snapshot you can reopen later from the Library.
- Cells cascade. Change a name once, every reference updates everywhere.
- Status pills cycle. Click to advance: open → in progress → done → blocked.
- Tabs are filtered views of the same underlying state. The filter box (top-right) narrows everything.
- Timeline color-codes by urgency: 🔴 overdue · 🟡 due ≤14 days · grey TBD/future.
- Matrix shows L/A/C/R per party × workstream.
- Reset reverts to your tenant's seed (Carlson loads the Carlson roster; other tenants get a blank scaffold).
- Versioning. Export JSON periodically for offline backup, or use 💾 Save snapshot for a server-side record you can reopen later.
